With our partners we are developing the Rock Hill Logistics Center, 78 miles from New York City which includes 2 million square feet of ecommerce warehouse space. The 600-acre site was assembled over a period of years and is comprised of 15 separate parcels of land. Construction on this $200 million dollar project is expected to commence the summer of 2022.

The company services both the commercial and government sectors and is considered to be a discovery company in an emerging sector.

In October of 2021 Avon Road Partners led a $6M Convertible Bridge Note financing for The Fun Wine Company, Inc., creator of FUN WINE a line of innovative sparkling flavored wines sold throughout the US in all 50 states and overseas. The financing will enable Fun Wine to continue its explosive growth into the New Year. Fun Wine is also anticipating a public offering of the company’s common stock in 2022.
